    I have been released from prison and I sent my player in to get unlocked. I got it back unlocked with the music that was on the player. My question is: I had about 500 songs that were "in the cloud" that did not fit on the player. How do I get all those songs? I had figured that JPay would send me a thumb drive with all that other music, but they did not.

    You would have to contact the Service Side of JPay to ask them any questions about the players and how one deals with them after incarceration.

      Hello Texas dust, thanks for the feedback,but this is Thee only number to contact them, and it's useless, they don't have a clue, that's my point...I wanna know WHO is available to help in these matters?And he needs the tablet fixed, replaced,or trouble shot.... while he's in there, not when he's home.But thanks.
