change of sentence
my son is currently in idoc seving what was to be a 2yr sentence. his release date was 1\03\10. 4 weeks ago he was sent an amended order of sentence and now his release date is 1\03\11. his lawyer has not returned our calls and i don't know what to do!

sounds like he was flopped! Not sure what state you're in, but I know this happens all the time in Michigan! Good Luck, hopefully his lawyer can shed some light on this for you.

hopefully that lawyer picks up his phone and does the job you're paying him for!!!! kinda sounds like the lawyer knew this was going to happen and won't return your calls b/c he knows you're upset!! i'd go down to the office and speak with him in person, he can't dodge you there!!!
