Hutchinson KS Families of Inmates -Visiting

Anyone out there willing to take in an overnight guest on Fri & Sat of Thanksgiving weekend? I will be coming from east of Kansas City, MO and have requested help from the United Methodist Church in Hutchinson, whose representative was not at all kind, and I have also check with New Beginnings in Hutchinson. Their rep was much friendlier, but did not have lodgine, and recommended that I seek help from churches, which hasn't been successful for me so far. I just want a place to sleep and clean up for my next day's visit -- I am fortunate to have enough money to pay for gas for the trip, but not for a hotel. I'm too late for this o help this time but while my son was in Winfield I contacted the Motel 8 people and they gave me a fantastic discount, so that I could take my son children with us. They allowed us to stay past the usual check out time and discounted the room also. I can not say enough nice things about them, so I encourage you to contact the local motels, hotels, as people are more aware of the money crunch than ever. Good Luck...barbarilla.
