hello iam here because my partner my babys father is in the gist unit my baby is only 9 months old has not seen his dad since he was 2 months old can anybody please tell me or give me the address of Parole where i can send them a letter or anything

how long will my husband have to serve on a 16 year sentence for 3 dwi? he been in for 4 years already. he does have prior convictions when he was much younger? hes about to come up for parole for the 3rd time,they keep giving him a year set off? is that a good thing or bad.i know they could give him a few year set off.he is in classes and has had no trouble at all.thank you

Wow, what state are you in? My son is in Lansing, KS on drug charges. He got 72 months and has to serve them all because of some sentencing guidelines special to KS. Can anyone enlighten me on them. And does anyone know anything about getting your sentence reconsidered. Can they add more time or only decrease time? HELP!!!! I'm a mommie that misses her son so much as well as raising his two kids....I'm ready to retire....barbarilla.
