Hello ladies I need your opinion.

Ok so here is the deal. I sent my mother in law and husband pictures of our twin boys who passed away. I had gotten her pictures from a nurse in the down i delivered in and where the boys are buried. i dont know where the nurse got the photos from but i stupidly belived the letter saying that they were pictures of my deceased children.

I sent the photos to the both in good faith that they are my children. How ever i get a note from my mother in law on my myspace saying that she is disappointed in my bc i sent her fake pictures of preemi babies. Apparently the nurse that sent me the photos got them from some where else and lied to me which in turn caused me to lie to my HUSBAND and my mother in law.

she basicly said that i am a sub human for lieing to her and to my husband.

i have written my husband a letter telling him what has happened and that i dont expect him to forgive me for lieing to him intentional or not.

Do you ladies think i have done the right thing by letting him know what is going on or do you think like my mother inlaw that i am just plain stupid.

WOW!!!!!!! This is just my take on the whole thing,,It is just strange a nurse would have pictures of your children,,Who gave permission to do this i know the hospital doesn't take pictures and by her doing this she could loose her job..In fact she needs to loose her job that is just awful after you already grieving the loss of your children and then for her to fake pictures or what ever she did..I am sorry but i would have been asking a whole lot of questions and as to why she had pictures and for what purpose...No she would had to give me answers..If what you say is true i would be seeking legal action against this so called nurse..

I do think it's a good thing you told your husband what's going on and I think your mother in law was wrong to go off on you like that.

No nurse should be taking private pictures of your children. Everyone makes mistakes and hopefully your husband will be more understanding than your mother-in-law.You are obviously hurting behind this and when someone sells you a dream...sometimes you want to believe it. You are vulnerable and the nurse's actions were inappropriate.

I have to agree with dawgette. I tell my man everything, but if I'm wrong on something I told him I correct it . It doesn't make you stupid it makes you human. Someone told you something and you believed it. For your mother in law to just go off like that girl that's not fair in anyway. Hello!!! Doesn't she know you are human and have feelings. Of course you feel bad cause you lied but it's not like you did it on purpose. I would call the hospital and find out way the nurse did that though. That's a not a good thing to do and she shouldn't of had pics of your kids.
