When did the log in change?

I went to log into Jpay to write my honey a letter and the login was changed. Now I have to click login and then enter my email addy and password. I miss having my email addy already there and just entering in my pass. And not having to go to another page just to sign in.

I have a post under Colorado about not being able to log back in. It keeps redirecting me back to the page that say's log in. This was 2 days ago. I email support and they sent me the thing about checking the clock and giving me my password. Today I called support and she asked if I had IE for my internet. Had me delete the cookies and temp files. It still does not work on my laptop but on my other computer I can log in just fine. I have a feeling this has something to do with my problem. I have a different OS on my other computer. I even tried making a new account using username@jpay.com. Still did the same thing. I think I am going to call them back and ask if others are having the same problem as I am.

I agree its not a major thing but I liked having my email already ther so it rememberd me now its so inpersonal! lol

The saving of your email is/was actually a setting on your browser... the reason it doesn't do it anymore is that the actually login page is redirected to https. It stinks, but I think most people would want it the way it's currently, which is secure.

Girl I did. I have my letter from the superintendent stating it was an error that is corrected and I am good to go!!!

short you know i called there and finally found out why it take so long for email they dont send it over to housing until the day after the get it off the computer which they dont check like they should
