prisoners getting release early due to over crowding anyone know
hello i am new to this and my loved on has told me that there is gossip going on around the work center about prisoners getting released early due to over crowding in the prisons can anyone help me with that info or does anyone know anythinng about it?

Really? for what prisons? that would be wonderful if it is indeed true. My loved one is in California. Please provide updates as you get any.

I was under the impression that "letting them out early" meant they were letting them out on their ERD's instead of continuing to flop them. My friend is also in Michigan and we haven't heard anyone getting out under their ERD...maybe there's hope
