Thumbs up Jpay Customer Service Information

Actually, the website is technically online but no one can seem to access the functions. You either can't log in, or when you do FINALLY log in you can't send an email or pay money. Jpay's Facebook page shows this to be a problem for many people.

If you are unable to login to www.JPay.com try one (1) of these options it was given to me by a rep over the phone and I was able to successfully login:

    1. Make sure that you're using your mouse to click on the LOGIN tabs and not tabbing and pressing "ENTER".

    2. Make sure that both your time zone and time settings are accurate.
(For example: If it is 3pm and you live in Eastern time zone, then the computer should be set to Eastern time zone and 3pm.)

    3. Your web browsers security settings may be too high. Please relax the settings to Medium-High or Lower.

    4. Your computer may not be excepting “cookies”. Please allow your web browser to allow “cookies”.

Tell them what happened and that you have verified you were definitely charged for the stamps and the stamps do not show up on your page, nor can you send an e message.

This happened to me a week ago and the agent explained to me that when a transaction failed for whatever reason the bank then place the funds on hold waiting for the merchant (JPay) to collect.Once JPay does not claim the funds the bank will release the funds back to thebank account within 2-3 business days.

If the money was not put back into your account contact JPay to verify the transaction failed and ask them to send an Authorization Release Hold form to your bank.

Once I had trouble with sending letter to my friend,I(impatient person)asked assistance via telephone, even my English speaking is awful.
A person in customer support helped me to check what is wrong.

--and There's additional funny story..My friend got a letter only written "TEST"and confused, asked me what it was.I wrote him "Congrat! you got first letter from Jpay Support Stuff!".
