My son is in LeBlanc Unit in Beaumont,Tx. Every night I look at the Offender Search to see if anything has changed. Well, tonight it was a little bit different. It says..Special information for release date. Is this something new or is it getting closer to release date?

I am not sure if someone already answered your questions. But that is giving you the release date of your son. So whatever date it says, that is when he is getting released.

it does not give a release date it just says offender is not scheduled to be released yet. but it is under the caption special release information

Check to see if he has any holds. Like old tickets or anything.

its sometimes called detainers. My sons says pending gain time., but it actually means nothing.
