my son said he was told yesterday that everyone has to register for 15yrs. now. Has anyone else heard anything about that? Please let me know. Thank you and have a blessed day.

If you are talking about sex offenders, here in Florida it is for the rest of their lives. I dont know about where you are from. You probably could find out by calling a probation officer or his classifications officer at the institution he is in.

As far as I know, here in Michigan it is forever. I haven't heard anything on a set time limit as an offender.

As far as I know Indiana is not for life it depends on your case. The state requires a minimum of 10yrs. unless they changed it to 15.
