Default real rehabilatation.

My husband has been in and out of priso for 14 years. the truth is that he is an addict. Every crime he has committed has been behind drugs. In all that time nothing has changed. they lock him up he gets clean. the let him out he gets loaded and goes back to prison. Until PSAP. Parollee Substance Abuse Program. It is an actual program of education at Folsom State Prison. the first time he came home from PSAP he was out for 9 months! The longest time ever. He is currently back there on another violation but I think he has a real chance. I wish there were more programs like it.

I know how u feel my husband has been in and out of prison for over 26 years. He always got out and used til 2002. He was out for 2 years and didn't even smoke cigarrettes. I know it was because he developed a deep relationship with the Lord on the inside. Unfortunately after those years he wasn't seeking God daily. He started looking at the world and he ended up back on drugs and ultimately back in prison after treatment programs didn't work. God is dealing with him now in prison again on a technical violation. We have no idea when he'll be out but one thing i know i have to trust God not him to meet my needs and not make my husband my idol. He is only a man with issues and needs. My job is to pray that his heart will be conformed to God's. Jesus is your only hope. He is more than able to fix your man and you and he wants to. God bless

ONE THING I agree about finding fellowship while incarcerated, seems it happens to my boyfriend each time is been, however, when he's out, he's good about his knowledge of what he learned and preaching, but doesn't follow the word, drug addiction( i believe) is the devil preying on the weak, and he knows our weaknesses and goes for it, the closer we get to the Lord the hard he tries..... that is the probably the time that we or the ones straight of prison need fellowship more than ever , don't you think?
