I have a post under Colorado about not being able to log back in. It keeps redirecting me back to the page that say's log in. This was 2 days ago. I email support and they sent me the thing about checking the clock and giving me my password. Today I called support and she asked if I had IE for my internet. Had me delete the cookies and temp files. It still does not work on my laptop but on my other computer I can log in just fine. I have a feeling this has something to do with my problem. I have a different OS on my other computer. I even tried making a new account using
username@jpay.com. Still did the same thing. I think I am going to call them back and ask if others are having the same problem as I am.
